I would give...

In keeping with the holiday spirit, if you could be "Santa" and grant a wish from someone else, what would you do? What would you give and why?

It's really hard for me to decide but I think I would give everyone in the world knowledge. I could give money,or materialistic things but I think if you have knowledge the ou have the key, to make money, get food and everything else.

Santa get me this!

Assuming you still believe in the magic of Santa,
what would you ask for?

I would ask Santa for an XBox360 and the game Guitar Hero and maybe if he could Guitar Hero Areosmith. That would be sooo cool!

I am still learning

Michelanglo said as an adult, "I am still learning." What have you learned recently?

Kind Words

Mother Teresa said, "Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are endless."

What kind words have you spoken recently, and to whom can you challenge yourself to speak kindly to today?

I told one of my friends that she was a really good singer and should try out for a solo part in choir. I can challenge myself to say something kind to Cashew(nickname)

Thanksgiving

Three things I'm grateful for:

I'm grateful for the fact I have all my family and friends(even if some of them are in spirit)

Another thing I'm grateful for is my life. I'm blessed enough to be able to live in a house, go to
school, and have a family that cares.

One last thing I'm thankful for is music. It's something that can always make me feel better if my grandma isn't there.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

My Weekend

About my weekend

My weekend was fun and boring at the same time. For Friday I did nothing but watch t.v., read a couple of books, and attempt to fix my computer(it's a lost cause) Then on Friday I went to one of my friends' birthday parties. It was really fun and we got a huge piece of cake! On Sunday I finished up all of my homework.

College

1. Have you decided whether or not you will go to college?
Yes. I really want to experience the college life and further my education so I can get a good job.

2. What factors will help you make the decision about which college to go to?
The cost is one. Also the location. I want to be close to my family but at the same time I kind of want to go abroad. The success rate. I want to go to a school that will offer me a good education. The dorms. I want to make sure they are clean! Also the number of students. I'm still not to sure on whether I want to go to a big school or a small one.

3. What is the single most important factor to you in choosing college?
I believe the single most important thing when choosing my college would be the success rate. I'm paying thousands of dollars to go to their school, I ant to at least make sure I'm getting something out of it.

OBAMA!

Tell Me Your Thoughts About the Results of The Election Last Night?

OBAMA!!! The results of the election made me so happy ;). I still can't believe he won! Really honestly I felt so empowered that he won. I actually broke down and cried when he won. When I think about all the years it took to get to this point. How many people died to give us this opportunity right now. The fact that my grandmother got to see this monumental moment! History in the making =]. Who knows? Maybe we'll have a woman president a decade down the road...

Really I know alot of people are hating on him right now. Not even giving him a chance to speak but now all f that doesn't matter. He is our president and for the next four years(hopefully eight!) they will just have to deal with it *shrug* I still can't see how people can't a least be happy about the fact we finally got Bush out of office! Any way like I said before I LOVE OBAMA! Sooo sorry for McCain ;]

"Praise does wonders for our senses of hearing."
-Arnold Glasgow
What does that mean to you?

I think it means that the more praises someone recieves the more the person will be willing to listen to someone else. If you hear more praises you'll be willing to work harder.

What subject do you wish was taught in high school? And why? If you can't think of one for high school, what about middle school?

I would like it if they taught the Japanese language at our high school. I think it wold be cool because Japan is like a business central and it would help everyone to know the language.

Describe a time in your life where you felt most proud.

My most proud moment was in 8th grade when I had to sing solo in front of the entire class for Solo & Ensemble. Hearing that I actually had a good voice from teachers and people I had never known before made me feel ten times better about my voice and full of pride =)

What are you the most afraid of and why?
For items I'm most afraid of roaches. When I was a little kid I was staying over my grandmothers house and I saw a huge roach. I hid under the covers and when I peeked out I discovered it was flying! I was terrified f roaches ever since then.

Something else I'm afraid of is dying alone. Like not having any family members alive when I die. I never liked having to be without my family. When I'm aay from my mom I excet to be with my grandma, aunts or cousins. If I didn't have any of them to cheer me up when I got down or to just be with I don't think I'd be able to face it.

"If you think education is expensive, try ignorance."- Derek Box
x
I think what he means is that ignorance is more costly than education. If you're ignorant than you will be looked upon badly.

If you could walk in someone else's shoes for a day ho would you choose? Why?
I would want to walk in Utada Hikaru's shoes. She's living my life dream, to be a singer, and she's gained a ton of respect for her wonderful voice.
